Simple Definition of a Web Hosting Company 🧠

Typical Web hosting companies offer website or email hosting services. These subscription internet-based businesses give you a foundation to build websites or manage emails for yourself or clients.

This works as the web hosting company has “slots” of space on their servers that allow websites and emails to be housed here. The Majority of web hosting packages that are often are primarily shared hosting, dedicated packages, VPS, or reseller hosting. Read more here how to find out how to pick the best web hosting company.

Keep this definition in mind of renting out slots on a server. This slot as mentioned has allocated space for you to do whatever you need on the Internet. From creating WordPress Websites, HTML Websites, or any type of website and managing emails.

These services are often very user friendly and intuitive with great customer support teams. What Are Web Hosting Servers? You might ask, well in short these are computers with large amounts of storage capable of helping connect users to websites. You get a slice of this server storage to house whatever you feel. Another thing to consider is how big your website is, as there are packages that fit all users needs from the small food blog to a massive corporation. Smaller websites tend to stick with the basic Shared Hosting packages. With bigger websites the other web hosting packages such as Dedicated hosting, Cloud Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are the route to take to handle all the files on your website.

Bare in mind that most packages often times have limitations to how many domains you can have. Or even how much storage the web hosting company will allow you to have on their servers.

Another awesome thing about most web hosting companies is the capability to store your domains. Paired with the storage capability. Majority of the time you’re able to purchase your domains here as well. One of the better places to house domains is Namecheap. Namecheap has incredible first time buyer deals when it comes to buying your first domains. Also the renewal rates are pretty fair as the market changes.

Another place to look is GoDaddy. They do an incredible job at being one of the biggest powerhouses in domain reselling and giving a place for domain resellers to sell domains with a broker system in-between to mitigate losses.

How Do Web Hosting Services Work? 🤔

These work when someone uploads or creates something such as a website on the web hostings servers. Then these servers take the information you uploaded and allocate memory (storage, bandwidth & RAM) to these files pushing them live however you set them up.

As for the server memory that gets allocated this is completely dependent on the package you choose when signing up to your web hosting company. To decide which package is the best for you and your projects ahead, it really isn’t rocket science. Most people tend to prefer the most bang for their buck when starting up, which is ideal in most cases. Deciding what’s best for you is really up to you. Here’s some questions to ask to make this decision easier.

Some things to ask yourself when deciding what web hosting package to choose: ❓

  • How many Websites do you plan to have in the future?
  • Does the web hosting company have expensive domain renewal prices?
  • How does this web hosting companies servers perform?
  • Is Email Hosting included in my package?
  • What Am I Building My Website With? (WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc.)

The Different Types Of Web Hosting Services 📖

  • Shared Hosting
  • Dedicated Hosting
  • Virtual Private Server Hosting (VPS)
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

Shared Hosting🥧

Shared hosting is for relatively smaller websites or standalone portfolio type websites. This type of hosting is perfect for small to medium sized websites or businesses. Traffic limitations to your websites may apply since there is less memory allocated to shared hosting packages. When you hear about shared hosting think of it as a pie and people who purchase this package get to share the storage that this “pie” has allocated on the server.

For the more serious websites/business owners this is definitely something to be aware of. You wouldn’t want to miss out on traffic or visitors that are incoming to the website. Especially if you have promotions or marketing campaigns running. Talk to your current web hosting provider if you have any questions about limitations you might have on traffic or storage.

Dedicated Hosting💾

Dedicated hosting is as the name implies. You’re able to completely rent out sections of web hosting servers. You can relatively do anything you’d like on these servers as well. Although with the cavate that it is more expensive that the average Shared Web Hosting or VPS packages. Dedicated web hosting is primarily meant for large websites that cannot afford even 1 second of down time.

Dedicated web hosting is similar to VPS in the vein that you get access to the server itself. Which allows you to have able to manage server settings. Although with dedicated servers you can get more granular and even manage the server security, the software used and everything in between. These are for the technically advanced kind of users as you have to completely manage everything alone.

Virtual Private Servers (VPS)💽

Virtual private Servers (VPS) are much larger packages that web hosting companies offer. These are also much higher in price most times. Although the capabilities you have with a VPS are endless. Think of a Virtual Private server as owning your own server. Since the way that web hosting companies work, they have dedicated sections of these servers for their VPS clients that allow you to mange the server yourself. Giving you full freedom to change server settings at will to function however you need them to.

These services are more for the advanced Web user. That wants more access but doesn’t want the higher premium rates that purchasing dedicated web hosting has.

Reseller 🏘

Think of reseller hosting as renting out a room in a house. Users on this web hosting service have a plot of land so to speak and can rent out allotted space on their account. This is beneficial for those kind of users that have a larger web hosting package than needed and are looking to share with someone or want more streams of income.

Reseller Hosting is different than affiliate programs that are often offered by most hosting companies. You would need to purchase or have an existing package with your web hosting company to participate in reseller hosting.

Cloud Hosting ☁

One of the newer kinds of Web Hosting services that is available is Cloud Hosting. Bluehost offers Cloud hosting and many other web hosting companies are following the trend. Cloud hosting in most cases offers unlimited domains, unlimited disk space, and unmetered bandwidth. It makes sense why so many companies are choosing to use this service as even larger websites with more resources are even able to use Cloud hosting. One thing to note about Cloud hosting is it can be more expensive that the average Shared hosting package.

Web Hosting Companies Review To Help Decide:

Domains And Web Hosting Go Hand In Hand 🌎

The main question people have when learning about domains is, “how do I store my domain?” then the next question is “how do I get a website built on this?”  And these are some great questions to ask when first getting started.

Domain purchases last 1 year at a time when you buy them. Most web hosting company offer discounts on pricing when you buy more years in advance. If you plan on building a life long project on the domain you purchase. It’s ideal to buy more years up front so the renewal rates dont climb up over the years as they often do.

Bare in mind that domains are often sold separately. There are companies such as iPage & Bluehost that offer free domains when you buy yearly packages. If you end up purchasing shared hosting at a monthly rate they don’t offer this and will charge you for the domain.

The best place to go for cheap domain is Namecheap. They have the best introductory pricing and competitive renewal prices. Although if you’re looking to see domain evaluations and sell domains GoDaddy is the place you want to be.

Some things to consider when looking for a place to host your website.🤔

Here’s a simple list of all the things we look for when looking for the best web hosting company. After all, it is essential to know about the company that is going to be housing your website.

Some questions to ask about your Web host:

  • What Types Of Web Hosting Services Are Offered?
  • How Is The Web Hosts Support/Staff?
  • Is there any Protection or Security Offered?
  • Where is the location of the Servers?
  • What Are their Pricing and Affordability like?
  • Does the Web Host Specialize in something?

What Types Of Web Hosting Services Are Offered?📙

There are a handful of different services a web hosting company may offer. This all is dependent on you as the customer on what kind of website you have. If you have more usual traffic to your website. It may be a good decision to go with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited storage packages. If your website is much larger and or you want more control. You may need to look into other options such as a VPS, or some form of Dedicated hosting.

Although the most affordable options and best for beginners will tend to be shared hosting packages. These kinds of packages tend to come bundled with security and website maintenance features. However, this would depend on the web hosting company you decide to choose. Web hosting companies such as Siteground, Kinsta, Dreamhost, and Nexcess are incredible at having daily backups paired with maintenance features and a very easy-to-use User Interface.

How Is The Web Hosts Support/Staff?🙋

When it comes to the way your Web Hosting company can support you this can vary from web host to web host. Some offer live inbound telephone support, live chat support, email support, or even knowledge bases articles.

Some companies may only offer specific types of support. For example, Namecheap and WPX only offer 24/7 live chat support. So it’s definitely something to consider when looking for a web hosting company.

Although in the case you see that companies have 24/7 live chat or only email support. Their support response time is typically faster than usual. Some companies such as WPX even publically make the claim that they have insanely faster than normal response rates. They state on their website they have an average of a 30-second response to their live chat. Learn more about WPX here.

Outside of only live chat and email support, this comes down to how you like to receive support from your web hosting company. If you like communicating with someone verbally there are some hosting companies that offer this as well and not only live chat or email. Such as Hostgator, BlueHost, iPage, and A2Hosting. These are a handful of companies that offer the whole spectrum of inbound telephone support, 24/7 live chat support, and email support.

Is there any Protection or Security Offered?🛡

Something that most people don’t talk about is the dark sides of the internet. One of these things being malware and any other cyber security risks. This can be a concern for some website owners as there are attacks that can happen. Typically infecting the files on your website, which can be somewhat difficult for an inexperience user to remove.

In the case, this ever happens there are web hosting companies that offer support to combat against this. They have software that either have daily scans or weekly scans to find breaches if they ever occur. On top of these scans the companies that handle these scans can usually go in and remove this malware for you. Sometimes at a cost though. Some web hosting companies don’t offer this though and you need to do this yourself. In most cases, web hosting companies are partners with other companies that offer website security and malware removal services.

Where is the location of the Servers?💻

What are Web hosting Servers? These are where your website data is stored and the closer they are to you or your ideal traffic the better.

Let’s explain a scenario so for example if you’re based in San Fransisco, CA. Let’s say this is primarily where all your traffic is coming from. And you purchased a web hosting service with servers out of London. The users that visit your website from San Francisco will have to connect to a server in London before they visit your website. With that situation in hand, you can only imagine the amount of lag time that might be caused by trying to connect to a server halfway across the world.

There are some web hosting companies that actually offer a choice of where you want your primary server to be based. A2Hosting does a great job at this. They give you the choice of choosing servers out of the United States, Australia & United Kingdom, Canada, and France.

Outside of A2Hosting, there are other options you can find online that offer this kind of feature.

Read our review here of a list of the Best Web Hosting Companies to find what company suits you best!

What Are their Pricing and Affordability like?💸

Depending on the level of service your looking for most web hosting companies can accommodate. There’s typically a wide range of pricing, sometimes more competitive than others.

The more accommodating web hosting companies that offer more affordable pricing for beginners are iPage, Hostgator, BlueHost, and A2 Hosting.

These companies offer shared hosting plans with free domains on signup. Pricing for these shared hosting plans can be anywhere from $2 a month to $15 a month. Shared hosting plans are commonly described in an analogy of a pie. Imagine the server is the pie and there are 8 slices. Anyone else who purchases shared hosting also gets a slice of this pie to share with you. So in this scenario, your web hosting company would offer you support and assistance with whatever you need. It’s also very effective for the price.

Although of course if you’re looking to manage bigger websites with more traffic than usual. There are packages that are also commonly offered such as VPS (Virtual Private Server), or  Managed Hosting. These kinds of packages are for advanced users looking to manage and maintain their own web hosting. Typically when you use these kinds of packages you are your own support team.

Does the Web Host Specialize in something?✍

Take a look at your web host to see if they’re specialists. Some Web hosting companies such as WP Engine and WPX only offer WordPress website hosting. So if you have a WordPress website and want to be optimized hosting for the best kind of performance, these companies are the place you want to be.

Other web hosting companies offer different kinds of services for gaming or things of that nature. So make sure to read what they have to offer before purchasing. It might even be a wise decision to ask the support team about what service to use if you’ve never used web hosting before.

If you would like to read our review on all these Website Hosting companies you can individually here: iPage, A2Hosting, BlueHost, Hostgator, WPX, WP Engine, Name Cheap, Kinsta, Nexcess and a few others.

📈Performance

So why are performance tests important, you might ask. Great question. They can actually impact your SEO rankings & results. So here are a few different ways to test the performance that Bluehost servers can handle. From basic Website speed tests to Server response times and more.

Using tools such as Pingdom, we can test everything in between how our website loads on Bluehost and if anything interrupts the uptime.

Running the initial test with Pingdom to test uptime and we saw 100% uptime. This was with a medium to large site (roughly 150 pages) on their shared hosting. So its safe to assume Bluehost can handle any sized site. If you have anything larger than this you may want to look into upgrading your package to a VPS or dedicated hosting plan.

pingdom bluehost website performance test wordpress hosting

Using Pingdom again with the same website we tested the performance and how it responds to the server. These results were very surprising.

Bluehost seems to be able to handle all types of sized websites. It’s perfect for the beginner getting started building their first-ever WordPress website. It has all the beginner interface and functionality to start becoming more immersed in the hosting side of website development.

👨‍💻Support

Bluehost has an incredible support team. They have staff all over the country mainly in the United States and somewhere offshore for the overnight hours.

They do offer Phone, 24/7 Live Chat Support. Along with the occasion email ticket for further support if chat or a phone call can’t answer your problem. They are also super fast to respond to any issues that might pop up.

Also, the knowledge base that Bluehost has is incredible. They have all kinds of step-by-step tutorials and videos that can help you maneuver your Bluehost dashboard. Paired with other WordPress tutorials to help with the basics.

Our Personal Takeaway

Having used Bluehost for over 5 years for building WordPress websites. It’s safe to safe that Bluehost is an awesome hosting company that does a well-rounded job when it comes to hosting and domain services. Their support team is also incredible and the resources they have to help you solve issues are just out of this world in depth.

Digging deeper into the company, they treat their staff exceptionally well and have won awards for how well they treat their staff. It goes to show. Bluehost has an 11/10 product & service backed by an awesome team. They have always continued to deliver time and time again.

As mentioned before Bluehost is perfect for the novice just getting started into building websites and wanting to learn how to take things to the next level. It’s also awesome for bigger sites too though, they have hosting specific for WordPress websites and optimizing them for performance.

💸Pricing

Hostgator offers three different shared hosting packages which include their Hatchling Plan, Baby Plan & Business Plan. All having unique features. Main difference between the Hatchling and Baby is the amount of websites you can put on your plan. The Hatchling is limited to only one website, while the Baby plan and beyond can have unlimited websites.

hostgator shared hosting wordpress pricing

The packages above are only the shared hosting. Hostgator has so many other different options for specific types of hosting for WordPress Websites. They also have their internal web development tool called “Website Builder” which has hosting of its own as well.

They also have PRO Hosting packages which include the Dedicated server side of things and VPS packages. Having managed and used dedicated servers on Hostgator before I can say their live phone support team are very knowledgeable and very helpful when solving problems.

📈Performance

Hostgator performance is nothing but incredible. The average uptime has been over 99.98% with around 2 hours or so of downtime over the span of the past 12 months. Having used Hostgator for over 3 years and building relatively smaller websites on a shared account. There have been zero issues with uptime. Fast website loading speeds and everything inbetween.

Running tests on Pingdom yet again we got similar results to the Bluehost report on the websites we have housed on the Hostgator shared hosting. Keep in mind these aren’t massive websites. Roughly 5 pages max.

Their shared hosting is definitely worth the price for someone looking to dive deeper into learning cPanel and the further in-depth back-end technicals it takes to manage a website.

Another incredible thing about Hostgator. They have a 99.99% uptime guarantee. If this ever failed to be the case, you would receive a one-month credit added to your account for the package that had the downtime.

👨‍💻Support

The knowledge on the support team at Hostgator has no bounds. If there is ever any issues that occur, they have the in-house staff to resolve the deepest of technical issues.

Hostgator offers: 24/7 Live Chat Support, Inbound Calling, Email Support (in certain situations) & a wide Knowledge base with all sorts of information.

In each instance reaching out to Hostgators’ call centers every encounter has been very friendly, informational, and super fast. They give you a quick resolution with all the background information that you might need to understand what went wrong and why. They also keep a log of notes on the accounts so future representatives can understand what has been going on in the account.

Our Personal Takeaway

Our relationship with Hostgator has been nothing but exceptional. Hostgator and all their staff do a great job at supplying an awesome platform for us to be creative and really immerse ourselves in the technical side of web development without it being too difficult to navigate.

Only thing that we have noticed as an agency is that most business owners are looking for a quick simple solution. They don’t really care for the technical side of things and getting access to a cPanel or anything like that. It’s understandable. Although if you’re someone who does like that side of things and having that access, Hostgator is your go-to place for that.

The price for their shared hosting and the unmetered bandwidth just go so far. You can build a handful of websites on these platforms without any downtime or latency on the individual websites themselves, which is just incredible. We’re big fans of Hostgator and their shared hosting for any WordPress website development.

💸Namecheap Shared Hosting Pricing

When it comes to Namecheap hosting they’re pretty straightforward in what they offer. It’s simple and gets the job done for the average person looking to build a WordPress website. They have three different main packages: Stellar, Stellar Plus, & Stellar Business. The smallest package is the Stellar.

The billing cycles for the packages can be monthly, yearly, or 2 years, and of course, the more you pay in advance the bigger the discount on the hosting. In our personal recommendation going for the bigger package saves way more money in the long term. Because when committing to getting a Website built, you’re going to have it up for years to come and the hosting bill is inevitble.

All shared hosting packages come with their own cPanel access and are able to use the Website Builder Namecheap in-house. Their Website Builder is awesome and very similar in the style and feel to Weebly but has some more advanced features. It’s perfect for the novice website builder looking to put a website up.

  • Stellar ($1.88 m/o): 20 GB SSD of Disk Space, Unmetered Bandwidth, 100% Uptime, 3 Hosted Domains, Unlimited Parked Domains, 30 Subdomains, Two backups per week, cPanel access, 50 FTP Users, & 30 Email accounts.

  • Stellar Plus ($2.98 m/o): Unmetered SSD Disk space, Unmetered Bandwidth, 100% uptime, Unlimited Hosted Domains, Unlimited Parked Domains, Unlimited Subdomains, Two backups per week + Auto backup, cPanel access, Unlimited FTP Users & Unlimited Email accounts

  • Stellar Business ($4.98 m/o): 50 GB SSD of Disk space, Unmetered Bandwidth, 100% Uptime, Unlimited Hosted Domains, Unlimited Parked Domains, Unlimited Subdomains, Two backups per week + Auto backup, cPanel access, Unlimited FTP Users & Unlimited Email accounts

Some awesome features that Namecheap includes are having their Backups performed at least twice a week on their most basic package. So no fear of having a mishap and losing your entire website. Namecheap has your back!

They also do have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. So anything that you may accidentally purchase or if you dislike their service you can get your money back.

📈Performance

Namecheap’s shared hosting performance is nothing short of awesome. We’ve seen no negative side to working with them and using their platform. The only problem that we encountered was the 99.82% uptime which isn’t bad whatsoever for the price point. They can handle large amounts of traffic to the websites we had housed on their platform with no issues at all either.

If any technical support issues did arise Namecheaps‘ 24/7 live support was a click of a button away and fast to help out. Their platform does offer security features as well such as DDoS protection, free SSL certificates, backups, and more. Which is uncommon for other hosting platforms to offer. It gives you the security to know your website won’t be harmed from the server-side of things.

👨‍💻Support

Namecheap has 24/7 live chat support, email ticketing service and knowledge base to solve all technical issues. They do not offer an inbound call center service. It’s understandable though, if they do incredibly well at the chat support they don’t have to spend time on anything else.

We applaud Namecheap for handling their live chat support services so incredibly well. Along with training their staff exceptionally well to help out in any situation. The issue that some may have is not being able to call someone and discuss their issues but if you’re technically savvy enough to navigate around a cPanel you can handle most problems on your own. On the off chance you do need to communicate with someone they have a dedicated email team and solve emails quite quickly.

Our Personal Takeaway

Namecheap is awesome. They have an incredible price point for what they offer and the services that come included. Everything that Namecheap offers is very intuitive and even a novice can manage to understand the platform with some time spent inside. They have the basic version of cPanel so everyone can understand what’s going on.

Their performance is realvielty okay, only having the minor flaw in some percentages downtime with a 99% overall uptime. Load speed on bigger websites isn’t bad at all either, and can handle larger sized amounts of traffic which is most important.

The security elements they offer are always a nice benefit to have as well. Free SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and their two backups weekly are definitely something to take advantage of. It makes owning a website effortless and much less stressful.

The Live support that Namecheap offers is a home run. Although they only have their live chat and ticketing support. It’s simply incredibly well done. Along with the knowledge base that they have. It can relatively teach you anything you need to know to navigate the platform.

We decided to test SiteGrounds’ capabilities when it came to their eCommerce functionality and how it performed. Creating a test eCommerce website with lorem ipsum content and images pulled off of google. When we ran the test to see how things performed things looked incredible. It could be that the website was only about 14 pages with template content, but still. The results speak for themselves.

We stuck with the tried and true Pingdom to test uptime and website performance. Here are the results we had seen.

The load time was incredibly fast, which could be because of the Astra template that we had used. Nevertheless, SiteGround shared hosting performed exceptionally well with this website. The WordPress dashboard was loading lighting quickly along with the setup process. Everything was so easy to get done.

Besides the performance test on this website, we took a dive into SiteGrounds’ uptime. Here’s what we found out with the help of Pingdom.

see stats here

Here is a screenshot of Sitegrounds’ Uptime over the last 10 months. It’s been nearly at 100% most of this time. The lowest that it had ever gotten was 99.98% and still, that’s amazing. SiteGround seems to do an awesome job to maintain and monitor their servers to have no issues ever.

👨‍💻Support

When it comes to SiteGround support they mainly try to prioritize existing clients with better assistance. Let’s explain how. SiteGround only offers Phone support for existing clients. If you’re not an existing client, sorry. You’ll have to chat with someone. The good thing about that though is they offer 24/7 Live chat support to solve any issue around the clock! Another way to get in touch is through their ticketing system. You can submit tickets for them to email you directly about anything from billing to technical questions.

Their support team is awesome too and SiteGround does something quite brilliant with their team. They over staff their support team. Sounds weird, right? Let’s explain why its actually Genius. The reason for this is because they what to almost instantly be able to answer phone calls or any sort of live chats that come through. The max wait time that people have ever stated for a reply was no less than 10 minutes. SiteGrounds’ staff always have the right answers to any questions that pop up when developing websites.

When I was building the site I had an issue with trying to locate things inside the dashboard (since we were new to using their hosting) and they were so friendly and quick to point me in the right direction.

Our Personal Takeaway

SiteGround was a super easy-to-use platform, they even installed WordPress for us. Almost as soon as signing up you can have WordPress installed and get to building your website. It was something we’d never seen before.

Another incredible feature that most web hosting companies don’t offer and SiteGround does, is their daily backup feature. Some companies offer once or twice a week but the daily backups are crucial for people making constant changes to their websites.

The price point that they have is also very fair for what you get in return. Their interface was easy to navigate and get into the deeper technical side of things like DNS and further on.

SiteGrounds Support is awesome. Nothing further to say on this. Other than that, once you sign up with them and work with them. You’ll see how much they truly do care about their customers.

📈Performance

Kinsta has a dedicated website to letting you know the uptime of their Premium Managed WordPress Hosting. You can visit it here. They also have an “Incidents” tab that keeps you up to date about any problems that they’re facing on their web hosting. They go as far as to offer a Email subscription service to keep you updated on any incidents that are occurring. This is something vital to those that have bigger websites to manage and maintain.

Here’s an image of Kinsta’s uptime over the last 3 months averaging 99.98% uptime. Kinsta also keeps a heavy backlog of their uptime time stamps that date back to the beginning of May 2012.

Another test that we can like usual is the Pingdom test to see how the website was performing on their servers. This time we created a regular website that had all the fundamentals a typical business owner would use. A Home page, About Us, Services, Service pages, and a basic Contact Us page. A relatively smaller website with only 13 pages.

kinsta pingdom website hosting test

The results were astounding, with a whopping 1.68-second load speed on this website. It’s safe to say Kinsta’s hosting was able to manage a small website like this one with ease and will be able to handle anything you throw at it. It had no issues loading on the back end and the speed at opening pages always has my mouth drop. To this day the website continues to have no issues and does its job as a website.

👨‍💻Support

The Support Kinsta offers is something that can’t even be described in words. These are numbers that Kinsta publicly put on their website, and well. Let the numbers speak for themselves.

Their Initial Response Time in Q3 2019 was 1 min 27 seconds.

The average time from beginning to end to close a support ticket was 39 minutes.

97% of all support tickets that came through ended with a happy customer. Of course, some cases do happen, but a whopping 97%. This shows that Kinsta really cares about its customers.

Our Personal Takeaway

Overall in our book, Kinsta is a 4/5. They offer an awesome Web Hosting service. They also do a great job with the customers they do service. The incredible numbers from getting support issues resolved is unlike any other company out there. Offering daily backups and hack/malware removal. Gives you peace of mind that your website is safe and secure.

Some things that may steer people away from using Kinsta can be the price point. It is out of some people’s budgets just getting started. But if you want a solid foundation with peace of mind, Kinsta has your back. With 100% uptime the majority of the time. Another caveat is if you are using other websites builders other than WordPress this platform will not be for you. Kinsta is a WordPress-only platform. This being the case though, they do a solid job at keeping a safe and secure place to house them.

iPage Web Hosting Performance Over Last 10 Months📈

Let’s discuss iPages’ Web Hosting services. With their affordable pricing, it seems that some things tend to slip through the cracks. Looking in recent times at their uptime we’ve noticed a decline in their upkeep. iPage relatively managed to hold around a 99.95% uptime. More so in 2022 we’re seeing them slip further down into 99.70%. Which still is 99% overall. On the off chance that someone with a bigger website is housing here though. Then having their website go down would not be in the slightest beneficial for anyone involved.

The stats below are from Pingdom. They have been monitoring iPage since 2015. You can view the history here.

Some things to consider with iPage and their performance from these metrics above. As stated before people with larger websites over 150+ pages may want to look somewhere else for hosting. iPage is a better fit for the business owner on a budget looking to get started building their own website to test the waters.

We built a simple 20-page website on iPages’ web hosting to test how it performed and here’s what we saw.

ipage website pingdom speed test ipage server

The website averaged a 1.32 second load time and ranks number 1 for a handful of SEO keywords. Resulting in this website receiving around 500-1000 visitors organically on a monthly basis and it has no issues on iPage’s shared hosting platform. It’s also rumored that web hosting impacts Search Engine Optimization (SEO) results and from this test, we’ve seen that it really doesn’t matter all that much.

How Is iPage's Web Support? 👨‍💻

iPage fast web support online web hosting services wordpress

iPage makes it super easy to get in contact with them. On the main navigation menu on their website, they have a Help tab that drops down to give options to get in contact.

You can call iPage Support at 1-877-472-4399 or they offer 24/7 live chat support. iPage also has a wide knowledge base of information for anyone who needs it. It has all sorts of information that you can use to navigate your dashboard or even help with domain renewal processes.

From experience we’ve noticed that if you are to contact iPage support. In some cases if the issue you’re facing is easy enough they will simply send you an article from the Knowledge base to use. This tells you they spend time to update that knowledge base with useful information that anyone can ever face using their platform.

Our Personal Takeaway Using iPage Web Hosting Services

iPage is incredibly affordable. We have a strong heart for iPage simply due to the price point and the capabilities that they offer. Yes, they do have some issues with uptime and upselling on their platform but overall the price point does it justice.

For some people hosting can be the hardest thing to purchase since it can be pricey depending on the company you use. iPage solves that issue and gives all beginners a place to get started and building websites for significantly less that other competitors.

The performance tests where awesome with fast load speeds and able to easily store a website for the casual business owner. We’d give iPage a 4/5 for their web hosting service due to the price. Give iPage a shot and see how they work for you.

💸Pricing

WP Engines’ pricing is as follows. They offer 4 different base packages with completely unique price points, either billed monthly or annually. Purchasing any yearly hosting packages with WP Engine provides you with 2 free months of their service.

  • Startup $30 m/o (or billed @ $300/yr)
  • Professional $59 m/o (or billed @ $590/yr)
  • Growth $155 m/o (or billed @ $1,150/yr)
  • Scale $290 m/o (or billed @ $2900/yr)
  • Dedicated Custom Hosting Custom Pricing

Performance📈

The way that WP Engines’ hosting performs is outstanding. Although they do perform regular maintenance on their servers throughout the months. This can briefly knock your website down for anywhere between 10-30 minutes and sometimes beyond.

This can be an issue for some people with heavy-volume websites that can’t have maintenance interrupting their website which is understandable. On the other side of things it shows you as a customer that WP Engine cares about their servers and services as a whole. They want to deliver an incredible product, and are already rightfully doing so. You can check out the status of WP Engine at their custom website that monitors everything here.

wp engine performance shceudlue and uptime on shared wordpress hosting

Alongside the routine server maintence that occurs every once in a while. WP Engine does its best to focus on other features of its platform. One main priority of theirs is WordPress security maintenance. They do their best to ensure the safest and best way to host a WordPress website. Also doing some other forms of maintenance on SSH Gateways, MySQL Databases, User Portal fixes, and more.

With all this said we decided to see what WP Engine had to offer when building a website. Luckily enough for us in this case we had a client of our own that had a long relationship with WP Engine. So we got to see a sneak peek into the dashboard and everything inside.

And then we put the website to the test. Using the tried and true, Pingdom. This time it’s another local business website with around 40-50 pages and growing. So a relatively medium-sized site. Building the WordPress website using a basic theme purchased from ThemeForest and WP Bakery. These are the results we found.

With a 1.48 second load time, it’s safe to say WP Engine’s hosting does a great job. Plus their User interface when working inside is so clean and straightforward. It makes owning a WordPress website the easiest thing in the world. With one-click WordPress installation features and all the added security benefits, they just make it make sense to go with them.

👨‍💻Support

WP Engine Claims to have Award Winning Support 24/7/365. So, we put that to the test. From the looks of their contact page, they weren’t lying. They have won back-to-back Stevie awards from 2017-2019, which is simply impressive in itself. They offer Live Chat Support and Inbound Call Support.

So we tested their support team with questions and contacted that at random hours to see how they would respond. Overall it was surprising to see how their team responded with the utmost professionalism and so quickly. At one point there was such a small problem they were able to solve in 3 chats or less. They’re so fast it’s amazing.

They’re completely transparent with everything that is happening on the account and everything else in between to ensure a fast speedy resolution. WP Engine also offers different ways to get in touch as they offer a different handful of offerings from Press Inquiries to even connecting you with someone from their Partner Success program.

Our Personal Takeaway

WP Engine has to be top leader in the industry for WordPress Hosting. If you have a WordPress website with hundreds if not thousands of visitors daily then WP Engine is the place you want to be. Since WP Engine primarily focuses only on WordPress hosting and nothing else (No Mail Hosting/ No Other Website Builders) they do an incredible job at optimizing their entire company around WordPress.

The pricing packages they offer are fair for the service you get in return. Yes, it’s true, some people will go for the inexpensive vehicle to get them there and it does work. Although if you’re the kind of person that values security and a solid foundation before starting, WP Engine is your go-to Place. Visit WP Engine here >

The performance that WP Engine offers when you set up with them is unlike any other experience you’ll have with a hosting company. Everything is so straight forward you can’t simply mess anything up and if you do there are so many solutions to solving your problem. Paired with the User Interface of the dashboard it makes everything beyond easy. They even have buttons to log straight into your WordPress dashboard through a secure button on the WP Engine user portal.

Also, the way that WP Engine handles our website all the traffic that was flowing in is mind-blowing. Working with other WordPress hosting providers in the past there would be limits set in place. From throttling the bandwidth and even limiting the number of daily users that were allowed on the website. These are all common issues when working with other WordPress hosting providers, expect WP Engine. The website on their hosting ran so smooth, loaded extremely fast and had incredible support. What else would you need?

WP Engine is a web hosting service you need to experience for yourself to understand the Ferrari you’re purchasing, over the beat Oldsmobile other web hosting companies sell.

💸Pricing

When it comes to WordPress Hosting, GoDaddy offers competitive pricing for their WordPress hosting packages. Their lowest hosting package, Basic costs $8.99 a m/o. The rest of the packages are their Deluxe ($11.99 m/o), Ultimate ($18.99 m/o), & Ecommerce package ($20.99 m/o).

Luckily enough for GoDaddy users, their hosting does offer Automatic daily malware scans to ensure your website is always safe and secure. GoDaddy does also help its customers in situations where malware attacks have happened. They do their deep crawl and find the holes and patch them up. Further, into some of the other packages, GoDaddy offers. Their larger WordPress hosting package offers the best kind of support for eCommerce websites allowing for unlimited storage and unlimited visitors to their websites. Along with granting these users access to top of their premium WooCommerce plugins and extensions. Which equates to around $6,000 in value. Visit GoDaddy Here for more information on pricing.

Performance📈

GoDaddy’s claim is they have a 99.9% uptime. There is nothing beyond these numbers that they can guarantee. So if you have 99.91% uptime as they had in March 2022. Technically they are still fulfilling their promises with their claims.

Here is a quick overview of GoDaddy’s Uptime performance over the last 10 months which you can find here. Pingdom does a great job at monitoring this performance and has been doing so swimmingly since 2017.

Besides server uptime, most people biggest question is “how does GoDaddys’ Web Hosting perform with a typical WordPress Website?”

So we decided to put this to the test using a client website to see the performance of everything. From navigation of the dashboard. Logging into the WordPress website itself, and typical performance metrics.

Diving into the GoDaddy Dashboard. Their back end is something to get used to. It has a unique interface with different tools that aren’t anywhere else. For example inside their “My Domains” section, like a typical hosting company they lay out all your domains here but have the “Estimated Value” tab which makes housing your domains in GoDaddy all the much better if you plan to broker or trade domains.

More so on the performance side of the Website, everything worked incredibly well.

This client we were working with was a chiropractor with a smaller-sized website (15 pages). Going in and doing some technical SEO for them to clean up their site speed we were able to see the true speed of GoDaddy’s web hosting.

With a whopping load speed of 1.01 seconds. This is one of the fastest loading websites that we were seeing besides some of the smaller websites we had worked on. GoDaddy does make the claim that they’re one of the fastest WordPress hosting companies to load pages on any WordPress website and this does seem to be the case.

👨‍💻Support

GoDaddy has a wide Help center library filled with all sorts of questions that you might have as a Website owner. In some cases if you do reach out to GoDaddy support and have a common enough question then GoDaddy will refer you over to these “GoDaddy Guides” to resolve your issue. You’ll see this be a common answer if you contact their live Support as most of it is automated with bot responses.

GoDaddy does claim to have an award-winning support team that you can contact 24/7. Offering assistance with everything you see inside your dashboard and typically giving a resolution to any questions within 15 minutes. If issues go beyond this they are keen to keep you updated during the call or will keep you in the loop Via email.

GoDaddy does also offer other services outside of their hosting services. Offering custom marketing packages and Website design services as well. Their team is well equipped to manage all sorts of projects and can help you take your company to the next level. Although a company at the scale of GoDaddy’s can get a bit pricy. Shopping with a local agency can sometimes be a better bet, contact us for more information on SEO, Press Releases, Social Media growth, and Website Design here.

Our Personal Takeaway

GoDaddys’ shared WordPress hosting packages are affordable and get the job done for all-sized websites. Taking a closer look at some of the bigger websites that are being housed on GoDaddy’s platform we found that cPanel.net. secureserver.net, Logitech’s membership website, and so many more! This being the case, we can tell that GoDaddy’s hosting is trusted not only by us but so many other reputable brands. They do an awesome job with the interface of their dashboard for any sort of Web novice to get started building their very own website within minutes.

The biggest takeaway we found when using GoDaddy was their domain section and domain sales program. If domain housing and reselling are your game then GoDaddy is the place you want to be. They’re one of the largest domain brokers in the entire world and a reputable one at that. Immediately upon buying any domain with GoDaddy you can see the domain evaluation next to it. This makes life so much easier with domain selling so you can get estimated numbers and even a bidding system where domains can go to auction and people can put a price on them. Also, GoDaddy is the middle man in the process so nothing happens to either party when trying to transfer domains.

When using GoDaddy for whatever service you decide to partner with them, their staff is incredible as well. They are knowledgeable in every aspect and can point you in directions to get all the answers you’d ever need. Paired with inhouse marketing and web design team, they really know what they’re talking about. Check GoDaddy out yourself to see what else they have to offer here >

  • Reseller Hosting: starting at $34.25 m/o
  • Managed VPS Hosting: starting at $84.54 m/o

From what we’re seeing, Site5 isn’t the most affordable hosting. Although it does provide a great platform to start building on. One caveat for using Site5Hosting, in order to lock in the rates you see on their sales pages you’re needing to lock in rates for up to two years.

A huge positive to working with Site5 hosting as your provider is that the rates you pay when you initially sign up are the continuing rates with them in the future. There are no hidden fees when hosting on their platform.

Site 5 Hosting Uptime & Page Load Speed (Performance) 📈

When it comes down to having a reliable hosting provider to keep your website live and running Site 5 Hosting has your back. Reviewing the history of uptime that they’ve had over the last 12 months we can see the average is 99.98% uptime. With the lowest Uptime being 99.95% in January 2022. Digging even further back another 24 months and the average of this time span is 99.94%. With a dip in uptime around April 2021 which had an average of 99.69%.

see stats here >

Another important factor when it comes to hosting is page speed/ response time. When digging into Site5 Hosting’s response time for their average website (over the last 12 months) we were seeing their servers hit an average of around a 570 ms response time. If your website loads slower it could make or break a sale if you’re an eCommerce website. Which is very vital to companies growth so It’s important to pay attention to these metrics.

👨‍💻Support

Site5 Hosting has limited options when it comes to customer support. Only offering their Live Chat Feature and Email. They do an exceptional job at replying in their chat support, although it can take a little bit of time to get questions answered.

Another thing we noticed was the common practice most hosting companies provide when using their chat support was the same here. that being, Site 5 will send you articles from their knowledge base if you have an easy enough question that a rep does not have to spend time walking you through the solution. Be sure to review their knowledge base or Google problems before contacting their support as sometimes you can get the ring around and waste more time than actually trying it yourself.

Our Personal Takeaway

Site5 Hosting is a great platform and has a handful of awesome qualities under its umbrella. Incredible uptime, faster than average website load speeds, website backups, and a customer support team that is knowledgable.

Some things to consider when working with Site 5 Hosting is the lack of free SSL certificates and Free domains offered when signing up with them. Be wary that these will cost extra when using their platform.

Overall there are cheaper hosting platforms that exist outside of Site5 Hosting. These other hosting platforms can be more optimized for your website as well. So if you have a website specifically for WordPress, it might be a better idea to work with a hosting company-specific to WordPress. Site 5 does an incredible job at hosting WordPress websites, but does offer the capability to host other websites such as PrestaShop, Joomla, Magento, and more. This is something that is pretty uncommon for web hosting providers to offer these features, so if you have a different website builder than the average WordPress then Site 5 Hosting might be the place you need to be! Uptime and Response time are the biggest factors when it comes to using Dreamhost. Over the last 10 months, we saw an average of 99.83%. There are much more affordable hosting companies that exist with much more optimized web hosting for much cheaper budgets and more user-friendly interfaces.

dreamhost server uptime 2022

check out DreamHost stats here >

Paired with the uptime number we’re seeing there are some latency issues when it comes to server response time. The server response time is measured in milliseconds and the average response time in Aprill 2022 was 1,730 ms (1.73 seconds). Think about how much of an impact adding 1.73 seconds to the load time of your website will have. It’s seriously dramatic. There was a study conducted in 2000 and the average human attention span was 12 seconds.

This is quite alarming even for the year 2000. Let’s fast forward 15 years to 2015 when another attention span study was conducted and it actually decreased. The average human attention span in 2015 was 8.25 seconds.

Why discuss these studies? Well, in short. Your website loading 1.73 seconds longer because your Web hosting can start to become a bigger issue down the road when you start attracting more traffic to your website. Although Dreamhost does offer solutions to this such as their dedicated hosting packages and other solutions, this is definitely something to be wary of before signing up with them!

👨‍💻Support

DreamHost does not offer inbound phone call support. They mainly specialize in their 24/7 live chat support and offer assistance through their discussion forums. They do an awesome job at optimizing their live chat for faster response and assistance when their customers need it. Although sometimes live chat support can take longer than usual you will always get an answer.

Typically though when it comes to getting solutions similar to other hosting companies it’s recommended to check their knowledge base for phrases to find articles on a solution to your problem. Having similar experiences with Dreamhost where articles get sent from representatives to problems that have article solutions.

In these instances, it made sense to receive these articles. These representatives were kind and very fast in their response times which made our lives a lot easier. Dreamhost seems to have optimized its chat support and is doing great at it.

Our Personal Takeaway

Dreamhost offers a great platform for dedicated and VPS hosting. Beyond these packages, their share hosting pricing is confusing and not competitive enough for the market they’re trying to reach. Other competitors in the same space offer cheaper pricing with less latency and much better uptime.

The customer log-in portal is also something that can be a bit cumbersome for the novice website builder. There are much cleaner User interfaces when it comes to having someone just get started into building websites and Dreamhost isn’t that for these kinds of people.

Dreamhost only offering 24/7 live chat support, isn’t the best thing to hear when signing up with a web hosting company. Their chat support does a thorough job at communication and getting you fast resolutions to your problems. Dreamhost is a platform you need to use to see the overall features and functionality to see if it fits you. It’s a platform for someone that understands WordPress Website building and has had a web hosting provider in the past. Visit Dreamhost here to learn more. >

  • Enterprise Managed WordPress Hosting: Starts at $699.30 m/o for three months then $999 m/o
For the price range that Nexcess offers their WordPress web hosting at, its simply a steal. The price you pay compared to all the added benefits you get just makes sense. there are so many different things that are added benefits that cheaper web hosting just doesn’t offer. Nexcess is more in the upper class of premium web hosting but at a more affordable rate.

Performance📈

Depending on how fast your website loads is a huge factor in how your website will be impacted for SEO, conversions and so much more. Digging into Nexcess hosting and how they perform.

We ran their hosting through a set of tests to check and see how quickly the website loads and performs. The website that was tested was an average-sized local business website built with Elementor Pro on WordPress.

In short, Nexcess Spark Managed Hosting performed incredibly well. The website being tested loaded at 0.978 ms which is under one second load time.

Overall very impressive results for what we where seeing from Nexcess’ shared hosting. Especially for the value that Nexcess brings with their services their price point is very good. This performance test outperformed other similar WordPress hosting companies with much higher price points.

👨‍💻Support

Nexcess makes it abundantly clear on their contact page in what ways you can contact them and how you can do so. They offer a wide range of ways to get in touch with their support team. You can visit their contact page here.

  • 24/7 Telephone Support for “Americas,” Australia & United Kingdom
  • 24/7 Email Support
  • 24/7 Live Chat Support
  • Billing, Sales & More.

The support provided by the team is very fast and straight to the point. From the times that we’ve had to contact Nexcess, their representatives were always friendly and it felt like they wore a smile through the phone. It was always a great experience connecting with them. Although in some cases it can be a little difficult to get in touch with their team. We’ve had other experiences where we where left waiting trying to connect with telephone support for over 20 – 30 minutes.

Outside of connecting with their technical support team, they are armed with a wide Resource section. From Blogs, Knowledge Base, and even as far as a Podcast to keep their audience engaged and up to date on new things going on with Nexcess.

Our Personal Takeaway

The experience we had with Nexcess hosting was very unique. Their user interface was something to get used to just like any other hosting company. Once you start learning how to navigate around it starts to become a lot easier to use their platform for the more advanced things.

For the price point, Nexcess has. Paired with the way our website performed on their platform we almost immediately fell in love. Nexcess has a spot in our hearts. All around the hosting platform performed well and their customer support was beyond superb. only thing with their customer support was that at times we did have difficulties get in touch with them. This is typically the case for some businesses that they have surges throughout the day to connect so we understand. Although this happened more than once. And it was at random times throughout the day that we attempted to connect and we waited over 15-25 minutes to connect.

The performance perspective and the User interface are great. If you plan on using this platform if you’ve never used a hosting platform before there is a learning curve but don’t let that deter you. Nexcess is great at what they do and definitely a platform we’re going to be using again in the future.

💸Pricing

Let’s break down inMotion hosting shared web hosting and the price associated with them.

There is one main concern when looking at InMotion Hosting. The packages they primarily offer are 1 or 2-year packages. In some rare instances, there are some monthly packages such as the WP Pro Shared Hosting package.

Here’s a deeper breakdown of InMotion hosting’s Shared WordPress hosting pricing.

  • WP Core Shared Webhosting: Only 2-year and 1-year terms available
    • 1-year: $4.49 m/o (billed yearly)
    • 2-year: $3.99 m/o (billed at 2-year term)
  • WP Launch Shared Webhosting: Only 2-year and 1-year terms available
    • 1-year: $8.99 m/o (billed yearly)
    • 2-year: $7.99 m/o (billed at 2-year term)
  • WP Power Shared Webhosting: Only 2-year and 1-year terms available
    • 1-year: $8.99 m/o (billed yearly)
    • 2-year: $7.99 m/o (billed at 2-year term)
  • WP Pro Shared Webhosting: Monthly and Yearly Plans available
    • Monthly: $23.99 m/o
    • 1-year: $16.99 m/o (billed yearly)
    • 2-year: $15.99 m/o (billed at 2-year term)

Above is the full price breakdown of the WordPress shared hosting that’s offered. Keep in mind that no matter whether you choose a 1 year or 2-year package the extra add-on features stay the same.

This same rule applies to any sort of monthly package as well. There are other packages that InMotion hosting offers outside of a dedicated WordPress hosting package. Although similar rules apply to pricing on these shared hosting packages as well. These packages come in 1,2, & 3-year terms. Visit InMotion hosting here to see more pricing.

Performance📈

Let’s take a deeper look at InMotion Hosting web hosting services. The uptime on their servers is by far the most impressive statistic that we’ve seen for all web hosting companies overall.

For the last 10 months, the average overall uptime for the server was about 99.97%. The reason for this is that there was an outlier in the statistics in September 2021 which was 99.95%. All other months outside of this one, in particular, were either 99.99% or 100%.

Simply incredible.

Taking this one step further to see how a website would perform on its servers and this is what we had seen. This test website was built with a free basic WP Astra template and Elementor Pro. Also, keep in mind there have been some new pages in content since the initial development of the website.

inmotion hosting pingdom test to see how wordpress website performs on shared hosting plan

Here’s what we were seeing. With a whopping 1.2 second load time. This website was optimized to perform at the highest grade possible with the least amount of plugins possible as well. These results were surprising, to say the least.

It’s safe to assume that InMotion hostings’ WordPress packages can handle your website too.

👨‍💻Support

Upon the second you visit InMotion hostings website they make it abundantly clear how you can contact them. From a 24/7 Live sales chat that breaks down into Sales, Support & Billing, And Account Confirmations. They also put their phone number there for you to contact their 24/7 inbound telephone support team. Along with a massive Support center packed with articles to solve any problems on their platform.

inmotion web hosting support shared_hosting

InMotion hosting does it right when it comes to support team too. Their support is very always fast when you call their inbound telephone team. They’re knowledgeable and always super friendly. Armed with a team behind them to solve any sort of problem that comes their way.

The encounters we had when we touched base with them were always less than 20 minutes. This team felt like they cared too with a friendly smile through the phone and a nonscripted type encounter.  They also were kind enough to point me in the direction of their support center for some more in-depth articles on other things I was looking to do.

Our Personal Takeaway

InMotion hosting is super. They crushed in the performance side of things with incredible uptime and site speed. An intuitive user interface and easy to use platform.

The only thing that holds us back is their pricing. They have only 1,2 & 3-year packages which kind of stinks. Although it does make sense since most people with websites have the intention to keep their website for long periods of time. Although some people do like to have the monthly pricing even at a marked-up rate.

Besides pricing their platform and support team were great. We had conversations with their support team that we’ll never forget because they made it memorable.

Overall InMotion hosting is a great web hosting platform for anyone beginning in building websites or even experienced users. Visit InMotion hosting for yourself and see what they have to offer here.

👍WPX Hosting PROS

👎WPX Hosting CONS

Pricing

WPX only offers one type of shared hosting and its specific to WordPress websites. This is the only thing they specialize in and they do it very well. They have 3 different packages: Business, Professional, & Elite.

WPX WordPress Hosting pricing for shared web hosting services

  • Business: $24.00 monthly package
    • Business Yearly Package: $20.83 m/o (billed at $249.99) + 2 Months Free
  • Professional: $49.99 monthly package
    • Professional Yearly Package: $41.58 m/o (billed at $499.00) + 2 Free Months Included
  • Elite: $99 monthly package
    • Elite Yearly Package: $83.25 m/o (billed at $999.00) + 2 Free Months Included

Performance📈

Let’s break down WPX Managed WordPress hosting performance. The initial question most have is how many visitors can I have to my WPX WordPress website? We had the same question and asked WPX support for an answer and here’s what they had to say.

WPX stated that “There is no limit to the number of visitors you can have here at WPX. There is only a monthly limit for bandwidth.

They then went on to say “Unfortunately, we have no way of calculating precisely how many visitors the bandwidth limit can handle as it depends on the size of your website’s pages, as well as how many visitors you get for each page, and so on.

They were helpful enough to give us a way to calculate this bandwidth with their “bandwidth calculator.

They also did mention this as well “Do keep in mind that the Bandwidth for the Elite plan is Unlimited. In addition, even if you exceed the bandwidth for your hosting plan we won’t shut off your website instead we will contact you to find out if the bandwidth spike was a one-off or will be an ongoing issue.

So the other question we had on top of the number of visitors you could have to your website was about what happens if you go over the bandwidth limit on WPX Hosting?

From the sounds of it, they’re a very friendly and understandable company when it comes to growing websites and your bandwidth limits.

Their initial business package comes with 100 GB of bandwidth which should be perfect for medium-large-sized websites.

Besides bandwidth we wanted to to test how an average WordPress website performs on WPX Shared hosting plan. For background, this website was similar to the InMotion Hosting website as it was built with Astra and Elementor Pro.

We used Pingdom for this initial test and this is what we were seeing.

pingdom wpx managed wordpress hosting website performance test

Wow. Baffling results. This is the kind of load speed you’ve always wanted from all other web hosting companies.

We didn’t just stop there we really wanted to test the performance of this website. We went with the almighty GTMetrix, the most commonly used website for testing website performance. Here’s what we were seeing when we ran the test, the results are staggering.

Incredible. We were seeing a 0.4-second load time on this WordPress website. WPX stands tall here. This test was even performed in Vancouver, CA and we still saw these results. We chose that the website was hosted in the US and still this is how it was performing.

As a side note: WPX offers different server locations based upon clicking the package you’re sinign up with. This is very convenient for those people overseas looking for a reliable web hosting provider.

The Locations they offer these hosting services are: United States, United Kingdom, & Australia.

Let’s take a dive into WPX Managed WordPress Hostings’ Up Time.

We dug online and found that WPX’s platform had consistently 100% uptime over the last 10 months which is mind-boggling. This is something unlike you’ve ever seen with any sort of web hosting company.

WPX uptime over the last 10 months

Uptime is tremendously important to a lot of users when signing up for a web hosting company.

Let’s just say WPX won’t be disappointing you in this area. With incredible load speeds and this kind of up time, what else would you want from a web hosting provider?

👨‍💻Support

When it comes to WPX Support it’s something to think about. WPX only offers 24/7 Live Chat & Email Support. Outside of this, you do not have the option to have a phone conversation.

On the off-hand, their 24/7 live chat support is incredibly fast. With an average 30-second initial response time.

You’re sure to find a fast resolution when connecting with them. In the instances we had to reach out and communicate with them they were so fast and very in-depth. I thought to have asked a very simple question and was broken down so much further in-depth by the representative which was very helpful.

As long as you’re okay with communicating through Live chat and email then WPX is going to be perfect for you.

It really feels like they prioritize their fast communication and ability to solve problems quickly.

Our Personal Takeaway

WPX does it right. From initally signing up and having a sales rep help us through chat to the installation of the website.

It was just so easy to get started with WPX. The only thing that had discouraged us was that there are NO free domains when signing up for their yearly package. Other hosting providers offer this and it would only make sense that they would too, but it’s okay.

From a price perspective, WPX is a little higher than the average web hosting price point. Although it is competitive for the niche that they’re in. Competing head to head with WP Engine for the best WordPress hosting possible they’re doing it right.

With WPX offering 5 websites on their initial business package vs WP engine only offering 1 website on their base price.

The performance from the website that we had tested was just mind-blowing. The uptime that their servers have is out of this world. It’s unlike anything we had ever seen out of a web hosting company before. They make the claim of a 99.95% uptime but blow past this by a mile it seems. Incredible load times and overall top their performance.

Lastly, their support team is incredible. You can tell WPX puts a lot of time and hours into training their representatives in being the best they can be. With an average 30 second initial response time they’re doing it right.

Something that may hold people back is the lack of inbound telephone support, but as long as you understand that you can get the same if not more support from a live chat you should be okay.

They crush it when it comes to their chat support and email support. Email responses are fast and always friendly. In the time using them it was nothing but pleasant.

Performance📈

A2 Hosting has a 99.9% Uptime commitment. Let’s just say they don’t fail when it comes to this statement. Over the last 10 months, we can see they have an average of 99.96% uptime. Hitting the mark of over a 99.9% uptime.

a2hosting web hosting services uptime report 2022

A2 Hosting Uptime history here >

Pingdom is incredible with the way they track and monitor web hosting services uptime. They have been tracking A2 Hosting since 2015 and month in and month out they always hold true to their 99.9% commitment. Most months thought we do see a steady 100% uptime.

Outside of seeing how their servers were performing we grew curious about how a website would perform here as well.

So we built out another test website similar to the other tests we’ve run in the past. Using WordPress, a free Astra theme, and Elementor Pro. The website had around 12 pages of fully written and developed content.

Here are the results we saw when running a test for this a2 Hosting website on Pingdom.

a2hosting pingdom website performance test web hosting services

With a whopping 1.04 second load time and a 97 performance grade, its safe to say we were pretty impressed. Publically when running tests it looks like the website performance is incredible but that doesn’t even feel like it comes close to the performance we had.

On the back end of our WordPress website we always saw lighting load speeds for pages and zero issues ever making website changes.

👨‍💻Support

When it comes to the support A2 Hosting offers it’s everything you’d ever need. They offer 24/7 Inbound Telephone Support, 24/7 Live Chat Support, Ticketing System, Email Support & A Knowledge Base.

They have pretty much everything you’d need to be able to solve any sort of issues that you might have.

a2hosting web support services offered with shared hosting packagesWhen it comes to their knowledge base it’s very in-depth and has been referred to it by their representatives a handful of times. With a very friendly staff, every encounter with A2 Hosting has been nothing but pleasant. They do an awesome job at figuring out what needs to be done and resolving the issue almost immediately.

The times that have popped up to resolve issues with them have been no longer than 20-minute phone calls.

Our Personal Takeaway

Our experience with A2 Hosting in short has been incredible. We still use them to this day. The interface is so user-friendly a novice can get started using their platform and get the ball rolling almost immediately.

Their pricing is a little competitive for sure but the things they offer are well worth it. Their Drive package on their shared hosting does everything you’d need a web hosting company to do for you. Offering unlimited websites for such a solid monthly price point.

For only $12.99 a month it accomplished its job. We were able to sustainably run the one website with ease. We decided on the backend to build other websites and see how it would work and there was no impact to either site since and performed just as well.

If you’re looking for a solid price point, a beginner-friendly hosting company that actually delivers, A2 Hosting is the place you need to be.

What Is The True Cost To Build A WordPress Website?🧠

The most common question that gets asked is: what’s the cost to put together a WordPress Website? Simple, the core of the WordPress software is completely free. Although the price of your website relies solely on your budget and what you’re looking to accomplish with the website.

Here we’ll break down all questions with easy to comprehend information and the overall lingering question. Let’s look at the real cost of building a WordPress website? In here as well, we have your best interest in mind and we’ll teach you ways on how to not overspend when it comes to your website and achieve the most bang for your buck. This is an investment that should generate a return for you or your business after all.

What’s Required To Start Building?

As mentioned before WordPress is entirely free for everyone to utilize. WordPress is open source, this software allows you the freedom to use and get started immediately.

With WordPress being free, how come there’s a price associated with building websites?

Touche, lets break it down for you as there are other factors involved when it comes down to the cost of a WordPress website and how you have to pay for things.

  • WordPress Hosting Plan
  • Websites Domain
  • Designing Process
  • Extra Plugins and Features

To begin developing your WordPress website, you’ll need a hosting plan. Each and every website online has some form of hosting attached to it. Whether a shared hosting plan or self-managed hosting. This in short is the foundation of your website, let’s call it your home.

This in mind there are hundreds if not thousands of hosting plans available. So go ahead and do some shopping and choose one that you feel fits what you’re looking to accomplish online.

Next on the checklist, you’re going to need to purchase a domain name. This will be the address people will type into the internet to find your website/company. Choosing your domain name can have a dramatic impact on the way Google responds to your website, so be wary about this and do research on how to pick the perfect domain name. Typical domain names are “example.com” or “google.com.”

The next thing on the checklist after this would be to install a WordPress website template or theme. Doing this will be like laying the cement foundation for your new home to allow you to start building structure. In many instances, if you do not like the basic free themes available, you can always choose a more advanced or custom theme. Be wary though as doing this really will not have a significant impact on the way your website performs, rather only impacts the way it looks.

Once the themes situated, you can move into plugins. There are countless arrays of free plugins adding up to over 55,000+ free plugins on the WordPress platform. Simple WordPress plugins ranging from contact forms, simple slideshow galleries, and infinite other things.

So in short yes you can build your website from scratch with purely hosting and your domain. Depending on your situation you can easily have to pay for other tools and customizations. This being the main reason why it‘s confusing how much the cost is.

Let’s help you understand when it comes to the price of getting a WordPress website.

How You Can Average The Creation Price Of Your WordPress Website.

To determine this it depends on your needs with the website and what you’re looking to accomplish. WordPress Websites can start from $100 to $500 to $4,000 and even as high as $35,000+ and even more depending on your needs.

Immediately identify your needs with the website and make these as clear as possible to the people you’re working with. This should give you a solid idea of how much the WordPress website should cost. They can give you a rough estimate of the cost to accomplish the job paired with any extra tools they’ll need.

Do not fret though as in this article we’ll explain ways you can save on your WordPress website cost and avoid any financial issues with this, and always achieve an amazing outcome.

building your WordPress website on a lower budget. getting your WordPress website with as many features as possible crafting your WordPress website for a smaller (local) business WordPress website for an eCommerce store build your very own custom WordPress Website Lets dive into the financials of each of these websites and how much these may end up costing.

What Am I Looking To Spend For A Lower Budgeted WordPress Website?

In short you can easily build a functioning WordPress website yourself keeping the costs as little as $100 and even less sometimes. Here we break down a typically lower budget WordPress website.

For starters, a domain is beyond essential and some form of website hosting.

Domains on the lower end cost anywhere from $1.99 – $14.99 per the year depending on whatever company you choose.

Amazingly enough there are platforms out there where they have dedicated WordPress hosting to help your website perform at the highest optimal speed.

If you have any questions or concerns about other hosting recommendations just give us a call or contact us today and we’d be more than happy to help you out!

Next in the process, install WordPress onto your website hosting platform. There are step by step guides on how you can start your own WordPress blog from beginning to end.

WordPress once installed you can design your website. This would be utilizing free templates or a paid template that you have. It does not matter whether or not you use a free or a premium theme to build your website, they function mainly the same way.

The templates that are used to build WordPress websites are Themes, this can be considered to be the entire foundation of your website.

As mentioned before it does not matter what theme you use as there are hundreds upon thousands of free themes out there that you can use and install.

Once the WordPress template has been picked, begin building and crafting your website to your optimal liking.

Next on the list could probably be adding specific features such as contact forms, gallery of products, sliders, buttons, etc. To accomplish something of this nature would be very easy as there are more than 40,000+ WordPress specific plugins accessible to the public.

Plugins in short are extensions to your WordPress Website. It is very easy to install WordPress plugins, although sometimes you may need to maintain them and continually update them.

Total Price To Keep Website Live: $35 – $100 per the year.

Average Price For WordPress Website Development for Small Business Owners

There are countless small business owners that ask, “how do I get started online and build my own website using WordPress?” This answer is a difficult one, because it truly is a unique answer every time. It would depend on the size of your business, your needs, and all the extra tools needed to give your business the growth online you’re looking for.

To get a rough estimate on the pricing of how much your WordPress website may be. You can add the lower budgeted rate of building your own website with the average of a WordPress website with all the extra bells and whistles.

If you’re just getting started and need a basic WordPress website that showcases your services then we’ve got you covered. Basic hosting plans with beginner hosting platforms are going to be your best bet to begin with while you get started. This will leave more money on the table for you to invest into other tools if need be.

Next on the list, you’ll need to pick out a design for the initial phase of your website. The optimal choice would be to look around for Business based WordPress themes that fit the business you are running. On another hand, you can always find responsive WordPress themes by searching the internet that meets all your criteria.

The choice is really yours when it comes to finding a free WordPress theme that matches your business. In some cases, though some businesses have highly recommended the choice of a premium WordPress theme. One that allows you more access and control over specific things, although in instances like this you have to rely a lot on the support team who developed the theme for assistance rather than Google or YouTube videos.

The selection of plugins can be a time consuming one. Whether the route of free or premium plugins, this can highly determine the route in which your website turns out. So be sure to advise a Website consultant or do your own research on WordPress plugins that solve the issues you’re having problems with.

On the topic of plugins, there are hundreds if not thousands of plugins to choose from. And this alone can be quite daunting, so if you’re not sure about paying for a plugin. We highly suggest you take advantage of the free trials involved as most if not all premium plugins have free trials. We recommend this as you can test the ins and outs of the tools to see if it actually meets your requirements.

In short, when it comes to a business website we advise to not cut corners on vital tools or spending money on expansion. This website will become an asset for your company and generate you continuous income for months and years to come. So if spending the extra money makes sense, make it happen.

Total Price To Keep Website Live: Depends on the premium plugins installed and purchased. Although on average sits between $150 – $800 per year. In some cases though can be upwards to $1,000+.

Avoid Website Overpayment and Reduce Expenditures

When it comes to getting started with your very own WordPress website, it’s recommended that you start slowly. Then start to ramp things up as your website begins to grow. It’s really not advised that you go above and beyond purchasing plugins and other “tools” to accomplish a job that you aren’t ready for yet. Although in some instances you are, and by all means, if you feel ready – go for it.

Bear in mind that your competitors are going to be nothing like your website. These other websites have had longer durations on the internet and have more ‘power’ than the average website. So do not let this discourage you to begin your website, this said because you’ll want to start small and continually grow.

It’s totally okay to start by using free templates and free WordPress plugins. Then once the website is scaling and accumulating more visitors. Then it’s your choice to move into different phases of the website. Web security, backup plugins, email marketing campaigns, paid to advertise, changing web services for optimal website functionality, and much more.

This same rule of thumb is applied to E-commerce stores as well. Start small and then as your product sells more and more. You can start to grow the website and find premium tools to help you accomplish the job at hand. Acquiring more customers with ease and making your life easier all around.

We have hoped to help you out and answered some of your questions. If you do have any further questions on how much it can cost to build a WordPress website, don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re always available and ready to take any questions or concerns!

Elementor Pricing

Getting Started With Elementor I'm Going To Show You How Simple It Is.

Inside WordPress elementor, it’s just a plug-in. In some ways, a little more advanced than your typical plugin. To get Elementor working, you’ll need first to install an activated. It’s essential with any plug-in.

Once complete, we need to navigate into the settings panel that you can visit if you’d like. But it’s not mandatory. Now we head straight into the WordPress pages, then create a new one. Automatically you notice at the top of the page it says “edit with elementor.”

Then once you click that button, your life will change forever. No but seriously, you’ll enter into the Elementor user face.

Elementor Interface

  1. You’ll see the main canvas on the right side should be just a simple white page. But this is where all of your ideas can come to life.
  2. On the left-hand side, you’ll notice the available elements.
  3. In the top left-hand, you’ll see the sandwich menu; this is where you can access the main settings of Elementor.
  4. In the bottom left you a notice that is the global settings of the page that you’re working on
  5. The arrow that’s going in a circle counterclockwise is the revision history of the page.
  6. The monitor to the right of that allows you to switch devices from desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  7. Then to the right of that, you’ll notice the eye once click; this will allow you to preview the changes or you make it live.
  8. Lastly, you’ll see a giant green button that says publish, of course, this will allow you to post your work.

To Begin Building Your First Page With Elementor, You Need To Understand How The Page Structure Hierarchy Works.

  • First, a page can have any number of sections inside of it.
  • Then each of those sections can have one or more columns inside of it.
  • Inside of each of those columns, it can house one or more of the content elements.
  • Last but not least, each of the content elements can be stylized.

So it breaks down like this:

Page → Sections → Columns → Content → Styling

So let’s get started, you have the choice to either add a pre-made template or include a blank section.

New section in Elementor

In that section, you can add columns and then aggregate these columns with content with the simple drag-and-drop feature of the specific block that you would like. Of course, you can rearrange everything inside of the section with the dragon drops feature.

Next, when you have the element of your choice in place, you can proceed to click on it to adjust the details. Inside every aspect, three primary tabs will allow you to edit them, and they are content, style, and advanced.

Editing in elementor

And with this knowledge piece by piece, you can work with individual elements until you have the page of your dreams.

Overall as mentioned several times, elementor is very easy to use page builder and is free for any WordPress site. Of course, with anything, there is a learning curve to it, but once fully understood, you can begin to have a fantastic experience building pages in WordPress, especially when you start getting into some of the more advanced features that element or has to offer.

  1. Such as experimenting with something referred to as the Z-index, this allows you to bring stuff forward verses in the back.
  2. Another being customizing the on Hover state of an element, which essentially means that you are changing the appearance based on the cursor position.

The Pre-Made Templates for All WordPress Websites

  • As noted, all of the elementor design capabilities are thoroughly impressive. But what if you don’t have that design mind? Well worry not elementor makes it very easy with their pre-made templates.

When I say easy you might laugh at how simple they truly make it. There are over a hundred and fifty templates available on the free version alone and double that in the pro version.

If you’re still asking yourself, but how am I going to build an entire wordpress website with just templates? They took it a step even further and have something known as element or kits, which is a collection of templates that all follow the same unique design and aesthetic, allowing you to have a very consistent website.

    template library

Inside the Library, you’ll find all types of pages needed for websites such as your homepage, about page, landing pages, contact page and so many more. I’m just scratching the surface.

Best of all you can import the templates, tweak them to your liking until it’s perfect.

    templates

Like I mentioned before you can save any and I mean any of your own pages as templates and either reuse them on another page or share them with others by simply downloading them.

Who Would Elementor best suite? The WordPress Page Builder For The Everyday Person

One thing I need to mention is that I have been using Elementor for 2 years now so I am a little biased on the tool but nonetheless I am still impressed using the tool every day. I’ve used almost all of the primary page builder plugins available, but honestly, elementor is my favorite by far nothing compares in the market to this tool. If you would like for us to build you’re website with elementor please contact us.

Best of all Elementor is one of the easiest to use and understand right away, also on top of that it gives you so many features for free. Which not many other page Builders do.

It also has to be noted but you can create amazing page layouts and designs all without knowing any code.

So if you’re stuck using a default block editor that WordPress gives you, look no further Elementor is the answer. In my opinion, elementor is for those of us who want to create amazing pages for your website without actually being a designer.

To Conclude This Elementor Review for the Best WordPress Page Pubilder.

By now, you might be wondering, is Elementor better than the competition and should I use it myself?

Well, let’s take a look at the market; this is the only way to understand where it sits and see what other page Builders are out there. Right now, elementary has two large competitors, one being beaver Builder and Divi Builder.

All of these tools are amazing in their league; it just depends on personal preference and the sort of features that are most important to you and how those features are delivered.

The one thing That makes Elementor top all of Its Competitors, is Their price.

Yes, there is a pro version to Elementor that you can get like we stated before, but you can get mostly everything for free. Divi and Beaver Builder do not have this capability; everything is behind a paywall, which makes Elementor the top option for anyone who’s looking for a fantastic page builder and is on a budget.

Here are the pros of using Elementor over competitors. For starters, it’s free, and if you’re just starting your website, there’s no need to upgrade to the pro version. It has a vast amount of features elements that are so simple to understand and use. Elementor allows you to build amazing layouts; they might not be possible with your current theme, and it doesn’t require any coding knowledge. Another feature is it allows you to modify mobile, tablet, and desktop versions, as I’m sure most of you are aware 60% of traffic is mobile users, and having a builder that supports the feature is not something to take lightly. To conclude this Elementor review, I have to say it is one of the best drag-and-drop WordPress page Builders on the market and should be your go-to.

As we mentioned, there are other Alternatives, but nothing can beat elementor as of now; it makes it so beginner-friendly and doesn’t force you to upgrade, so personally Elementor for us is a no brainier.

What Is A WordPress Footer?

The Footer is simply a term to describe the bottom of a web page. Typically it contains information about copyright, privacy policy as well as some credits. The footer may also include some lines of code and script that sometimes a developer would include.

Sometimes most themes may add a widget area that can be utilized to add widgets that can use. Such as picture text box and other elements. It can even break into multiple columns that can be utilized for all types of purposes. At the end of the day, the footer is one of the major elements when it comes to any WordPress site.

Edit The Text On The Footer

Now we get into editing and adding some elements onto the Footer of your WordPress site. Let us begin with the basics of adding and editing the text inside the footer. Just for a simple understanding of our users. Here’s a couple of reasons why you might be interested in wanting to add and edit the WordPress footer texts.

Why integrate texts on the footer?

  1. You can let the users be aware of the ownership by adding a simple copyright section in the footer
  2. Also helps with branding and promoting your company through credits inside the footer
  3. Lastly, you can include your site’s privacy policy in the footer which is something very important these days.

You can begin to add these elements simply by adding the codes to display them in the footer. Check out the visuals below to get a simple step-by-step instruction.

Editing Footer

First log into your WordPress account then find the option for appearance and click on the editor.

Footer php

You will then be redirected to the edit themes page. Now take a look to the right-hand side and choose the option in the Theme Footer to customize the codes in footer.php.

Footer theme

A little sweet tip. While you can find the codes right here on most themes, some might have added it to a different section. In the theme-Twenty-Seventeen that we are using. You have to go to the Template-Parts then on Footer and again on site-info to display the code to be customized.

Now that we have found the codes we are going to change, go ahead and edit them. Echo your links and add everything that you want in there. Here’s a small example of how the codes should look after you’ve finished up. After all said and done make sure to click Update.

You can then proceed to view the footer on the live site. The newly added edits will be displayed in the footer section like the one we displayed above. In the image above you can see our company is displayed as the creditors. Of course, this won’t be the case for you. You can add whatever information you would like displayed there.

Adding Widgets to Your WordPress Website

Now that we are adding all the information and extra details we desire. We’re going to begin adding some simple widgets on the WordPress footer. We’ll start off by showing you how to edit the WordPress footer section.

SIDE NOTE:

Here’s just to show the users, we are using a footer widget area friendly theme -Astra Theme. We will begin by logging into our WordPress site and redirecting over to the dashboard.

You can now go ahead and follow the image about we click on Appearance and then we proceed by clicking Customize. This will redirect you to the theme customizer.

Now we can go ahead and select the Footer Settings. This will display the footer options that we have available that the theme has provided to the users.

For the free version of the theme we can add up to about Four Widgets. So then we’ll go ahead and select the number of the footer sidebars that you want and then we proceed by clicking Publish to save the changes.

Once we have done this we can now go head and add the widgets. Well go to the Widget section on the theme customizer. You can go ahead and select the sidebar where you want to add the widgets and add away to your leisure.

Last but not least you can add widgets. You can go ahead and type the widgets that you want into the search bar or just take a look around inside and see what would be the best fit for you. You can then reorder them by simply clicking and dragging them around once you’ve achieved your desired results click that small Publish button. Also a small pro tip you can remove and widget that you don’t like just by clicking the red delete option.

This then brings an end to this tutorial on how to edit the WordPress footer and the additional information of adding text and widgets into the footer. We wish by now that you have a general understanding of how you can do this by yourself. So go ahead and give this a shot yourself.

One of the many things that you want to accomplish when building a new word press website. Creating your first page will be one of the main things that you’ll have to face. Then add them to your menu, this takes a few steps but we’re here to help you. This will teach the basics of how to create your first WordPress page and then add it to the menu. In other posts, you can learn more about adding posts to your navigation menu. Also, other things about tags but that will come soon. With this repetition will be your best friend and you’ll get the hang of things very quickly.

Login to Your WordPress Website

So the first thing that we want to do is log into your word press website. Once you’re inside the main dashboard you want to click on the “pages” tab on the left-hand menu. Once you click on the “pages” this will take you to all your pages that are on the website. WordPress comes with built-in pages. This is also where you will find all the pages that you will build during the construction of your website.

Now we begin adding the page. Next what we want to do is to look toward the top left of the page. You’ll see the “Add New” button at the top of the page this is how you will add a new page. Which will have the WordPress editor and all its original settings that come with a standard WordPress page. But in another post, I will share how you can install an editor and make this process a lot easier.

Once populated you can enter a title at the top of the page. There should be a box to allow you to do so. But right below that, there will be an editor where you can enter text for your page and insert images, as well but when you’re filling out the page you’ll notice that there’s a perm link field this will appear directly underneath the title which is what will show up in the URL. If you don’t like it you can always edit it. Here’s a link on how to do just that. WordPress will automatically determine the URL based on the setting that is selected inside the Settings > Permalinks.

Once your page is set up with a title and text in the body, you’re ready to click the blue “publish” button. It should be in the top right-hand corner once you click this will make the page live to the public.
But it might or might not show up in your navigation menu depending on how it’s set up. But we can configure that now, what you will need to do is. Head over to the Appearance tab in the menu appearance > menu

Then once inside of the menu tab, you’ll need to create a new menu at the top of the page there will be a hyperlink saying “create a new menu” you’ll need to click this and then it will bring you into adding your first menu.

You need to come up with a name but something like “menu” Home menu” something simple will always work because no one will be seeing the name expect for you and other people who have access to the dashboard but once that’s all done go ahead and click on “create menu.”

Finally, once the menu and page are now created we will want to navigate our eyes to the left side inside the menu page still and located our pages. Once found we will checkmark the page that we previously built then right below we will select “Add to Menu” once this is all set up we now have our first page, with our first menu. So moving forward if we wanted to create more pages you wouldn’t go create a new menu for each and everyone one… What you would do is just go to the initial menu you made and just add more pages to it.

Now you have learned how to create your first page and add this page to your first menu with your WordPress website. If you have any questions or need any help developing your very own WordPress Website, don’t hesitate to Contact Us!
